Slow Cooker Fiesta Chicken Soft Taco Recipe

Here is another crowd pleasing, easy to make slow cooker recipe! We served it to company and it was a huge hit! Kids and adults alike enjoyed this. The original recipe suggests using it for taco filler, we served it on a wrap like a soft taco. The chicken breaks down really nicely. Also is nice to serve over rice.

Fiesta Chicken Tacos

1 ½ lbs Chicken Breast
1 Can Nacho Cheese Soup
6 Tbsp Green Chili Sauce
1 Packet Taco Seasoning Mix
½ Tbsp Onion Powder
¼ Tbsp Garlic Powder
4 Tbsp Salsa

Directions:
Place chicken in crockpot. In small bowl mix all other ingredients well. Pour mixture over chicken. Cook on low for about 6-8 hours. Shred chicken with fork. Serve in your tortilla of choice.
Makes about 8-10 tacos with 1 taco per serving.
