Banana, PB & J Smoothie Recipe

One of my favorite nostalgic sandwiches is the peanut butter, jelly and banana sandwich. If you haven't tried one yet, you are missing out! I decided to whip up a smoothie version of the sandwich and its pretty yummy too.

Banana, PB&J Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 Ripe Bananas
  • 1 Cup of Vanilla or Banana Yogurt
  • ¾ Cup of Milk
  • 2 Tbsp of Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tbsp of Grape Jelly
  • Ice Cubes
  • Graham Cracker squares - optional topping

Directions:

All all of the ingredients except the ice cubes into your blender, leave a couple of slices of banana aside to top your smoothie with.  Blend until contents are mixed. Add a few ice cubes and blend until smooth.  Top with banana slices and/or graham cracker if you would like. Serves two. Voila, super easy and yummy.

YUM!! I think I would make mine with raspberry jelly or strawberry because I'm not big on the grape. My kids would love this!!
