Touchdown! Easy and Delicious Game Day Grub

Are you gearing up for the big game? I'm totally excited! As you know, we're in the middle of our big move still! We finally made it to our new home in Florida! Yay! But... it will be a few days until we get all of our stuff delivered. The one thing that is keeping me sane is the upcoming football game! As a matter of fact, we made sure to get ourselves to a hotel during our long trek just to catch the play offs! You could say we're pretty dedicated *wink*. Now there's one thing that's true, delicious game day grub is always a must! This is a partnered post about José Olé® Mexican Snacks, all opinions are my own.

With José Olé snacks, serving up game day munchies are a cinch! We've always been a fan of their scrumptious and easy to prepare options.  We recently tried their Beef & Cheese Mini Tacos for the first time.  They are so cute and a sure crowd-pleaser. I just love how crunchy the tortillas are! Plus, they are made with real meat and cheese. Touchdown!

To "kick" it up a notch, I decided to make a super easy football condiment tray to serve along with our snacks.  I used re-fried beans to form a football and sour cream decor on top. With some cheese, shredded lettuce and tomatoes, it was so easy to throw together. You can get all fancy with it. Guacamole and salsa anyone?

It's a fun way to serve a themed snack and the toppings go great on the mini tacos. Think of the possibilities? Not sure about you, but I'm getting hungry all over again!

Want to make a fun football condiment tray to go along with your José Olé snacks too? I simply just used an entire can of warned re-friend beans and shaped it by hand into a football shape. I squeezed sour cream through a plastic zip top baggy with a corner cut off to "pipe" the football design on top of the beans. I used paper towel to dab up the liquidy extras around the edges. Then I simply layered shredded cheese and lettuce around it and added some tomatoes for an extra touch.  Easy and cute!

Now, I told you about José Olé Mini Tacos, but they also have lot's of other tasty options to fill up your game day snack table! Make sure to check out their Taquitos, Nacho Bites and Mextremes Taquitos too.

Don't those sound good?
