One of my favorite picks this season at Family Dollar are the trendy plastic eggs.  Glitter and metallics were my favorites! They start at only $1 per pack. Plus you'll find a slew of candy that special extra touch!  Classics like jelly beans and other favorite goodies are all priced right.

I love your idea for the Outdoor Basket. Kids don't need an incentive to sit in front of screens; a jumprope, bubbles, and other fun outdoor activities is the way to go.
