Growing up, my family ate dinner together almost every single night of the week. Weekdays always consisted of a homemade meal prepared by my parents. This tradition is why it's always been something I've wanted to make a part of my life now that I'm an adult. While, I don't have time for dinner made from scratch every night. It's delicious shortcuts like Bertolli® sauces that can help me whip up something delicious quickly.

To create a very simplistic and delicious chicken dish, I used one of my family's absolute favorite recipes as the base. This chicken is packed with flavor and super tender and creamy too! Weeknight dinner with the family, made easy. Oh, and awesome too.

Crowd Pleasing Creamy Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients

  • ¾  cup Mayonnaise
  • ⅓ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce (Bertolli ®Riserva Marinara with Parmigiano-Reggiano)
  • boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 2 pounds)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Combine Marinara Sauce, Mayonnaise and Grated Parmesan Cheese in bowl. Place chicken in a small casserole dish (approximately 9 x 8.5). Evenly top with the chicken with sauce mixture. Bake 28-30 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.

Hi Vicki, thanks for stopping by! The best way to serve this would definitely be over your choice of pasta. According to actual serving sizes, this recipe has 6-8 servings of chicken. A general box of pasta has about 8 servings too, so I'd say one box of pasta with this chicken recipe - should work out perfectly! Please let me know how you like it!
