This Parmesan Tilapia with Sautéed Artichokes comes together with only a few ingredients. It’s ready in under a half an hour easy and it’s packed with a ridiculous amount of flavor. You can purchase the large packages of in the seafood freezer section. They bake up quickly since they are pre-cooked! Then, you’ll simply sauté a combination of Daily Chef artichoke hearts also available at Sam’s Club along with juice from one fresh lemon, minced garlic, butter and salt and pepper to taste. My family was truly impressed!
