Time is flying but some of the hottest days of the year are still ahead. Are you sweating yet? Phew it's seriously humid today here in RI! 1. Mango and Raspberry Frozen Dessert.  This sounds like the perfect combinations of summer flavors and looks amazing!

2. Salted Chocolate Frozen Banana Bites. Mmm, yum. What a mouth watering combo! I can't see myself only eating one though.
Best of summer desserts. These will definitely cool you off for the hot days of summer.

3.  7 Layer Ice Cream Cake. I don't think I need to say anything else about this because 7.Layers.Ice Cream. Cake! Right?

4. Frozen Key Lime Pie. There is definitely something about citrus in the summer, it's at it's best.. but add this to a FROZEN pie and you have my full attention!

5. S'mores Ice Cream. Yeah.  Can't go by a summer without indulging in S'mores in some way, shape or form. Make it into an ice cream and hey, now that is a must try!

6. Mini Ice Cream Cakes. You won't even believe how easy these are to make. Great for serving last minute guests!

7. Pineapple and Mango Granita. The combo of these two fruits makes me want to sing. I can see myself drinking this pretty little beverage out on my porch in the late afternoon.

8. Red, White & Blue Ice Pops. These are summertime festive and cute as heck!

9. White Ice Cream Cake served up with vanilla bean ice cream bars and white chocolate on top. Simple. Cold. Delicious.

10. Peach Ice Cubes. Nom nom nom. These look perfect for a quick pick me up on a sweltering day.

11.  Grilled Pineapple Shortcake with Turbinado Ice Cream. Grilled fruit, yum! The perfect treat to enjoy after grilling up dinner.

These look like a lot of yummy choices, but we're like to eat a lot healthier, so we freeze a lot of fruit and turn it into ice cream!
