Rice is such an easy go-to side dish. It’s like an empty slate that you can enjoy in a million different ways. I’ve been doing some tasty experimenting lately and I have another really simple and delicious savory citrus infused rice recipe to share. This is a sponsored post with Noble Juice, all opinions are my own.
A few weeks ago I made Citrus Infused Rice with Cilantro using Noble Juice 100% Tangerine Juice. It all started when I was brainstorming ways to use citrus to make meals more tasty. In exploring all the ways you could use it, I fell in love with the idea of using it to flavor rice. It packs a tasty punch that my family fell in love with including me!
The last recipe I made had a very sweet flavor which pairs well with many dishes. This time, I wanted to make it a little more savory. So I swapped out water with vegetable broth which worked perfectly. It still has a sweet kick, but I like the balanced flavor.
The weather has been absolutely gorgeous here, it’s the perfect time to enjoy a fresh glass of juice made just as fresh as if I squeezed it myself. I love being able to head down to Publix around the corner and buy Noble Juice which is made from delicious citrus grown right here in Florida. It’s a beautiful thing!
