Simple Side Dish: Citrus Infused Rice with Cilantro

Warmer weather has started to surface here and it's making me want to try fresh new foods. My family loves rice so it's a big no-brainer for me. I just made some yummy Citrus Infused Rice with Cilantro. Seriously no fuss and a big break from the norm.  This is a perfect side dish for so many of our basic staples around here. This is a sponsored post with Noble Juice, all opinions are my own.

Last month, I really got to thinking about unique but everyday ways to use citrus in meals for this big list. Between adding to salads and smoothies or to chicken and rice, there are so many ways to freshen up a meal with a slice, squeeze or pour. Adding a new flavor to rice is especially easy with the help of fresh juice.

To pack some flavor into this side dish, I added 100% Florida Tangerine Juice from Noble Juice and some fresh cilantro. With just a couple of ingredients, you can really change up dinner. That's what I'm talking about! If it's easy, it's for me!
