Since we’re big fans of pesto, I thought it would be unique to bring these fun flavors together to create something as simple as it is delicious. Dinner will be cooking while you’re finishing up all of your holiday preparation or just stealing a moment or two with your family. It’s good stuff.
Using whole cranberry sauce and a jar of pesto with boneless chicken breast makes for a tasty meal.
Add chicken breast to slow cooker, then top evenly with pesto and then cranberry sauce. Cook for about 3.5 hours on high or up to 5 hours on low until chicken is cooked through. Stir the chicken to combine flavors and juices. Make sure to serve with sauce to scoop up the cranberries for the best flavor.

- 1 Can of Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
