Save Time and Money with eMeals & Crockpot BBQ Pork Sandwiches Recipe

I am all about saving money and when I first saw eMeals my thoughts were why pay to get meal planners when I can get free recipes anywhere online. I mean I just really didn't get it and blew it off completely. Well now that I've actually tried it out, I am amazed at what a value it can bring to my life and home. It literally was the answer to my weekly aggravation when it comes to meals. I can't mention how busy we are enough. We have a lot on our plates. My hubby and I both work at home while homeschooling our son. We work long and hard because we have some large goals in our future. It seems that there is never enough time in a day and I am constantly seeking out shortcuts so that we can be productive and still enjoy life to the fullest. My slow cooker is the best thing that ever happened to me and the great thing is that eMeals is like the cherry on top.

There are two challenges that I face every day when it comes to preparing and feeding my family. One is the time to actually do the cooking, but the second and possibly most frustrating and challenging is the actual planning. I need to plan in advance so that I can pick the groceries up for the week ahead. It can be so time consuming and I often run into problems. I'll plan a couple of recipe ideas and then wing it at the supermarket. Well, that has been very wasteful and leaves me short of ideas mid-week and it all goes down hill from there really. Ask my family, they will surely agree.

Why eMeals can save you time and money:

In the past, I would have brushed off a site like this naturally. I am frugal at heart and if I can do something myself and save money I would certainly choose that route. However after giving my way a try, it's just not working out. I find myself constantly out of recipe ideas and scrapped for time with planning meals. eMeals does it all for you, they plan your meals AND the part that makes it even more incredible is that your shopping list is created for you to print off. You even have the option to choose what store you will be shopping at such as Walmart or Publix and will based on the specific stores weekly sales! This saves an unbelievable amount of time and spares you from purchasing things that you won't end up using. How many times have you thrown something out that you didn't use? Rotten produce sound familiar?

If you've spend a ton of money on diet plans, books and subscriptions, eMeals might be the better road. No hefty payments and nothing to think about. They have plans based around Paleo, Low Carb, Low Fat and Portion Control. This is really an awesome feature.

How does eMeals work?

Once you choose your subscription, you'll be automatically sent weekly meal plans and your grocery list by email. They offer several great plans to meet your needs. For dinner subscriptions, you can choose to pay for 3 months at $7 per month, 6 months at $6 per month or the best savings is a year subscription at only $58 which ends up being only $5 per month. They also have additional subscriptions for lunch menus at only $4 per month and breakfast for only $3 per month. Personally I would opt for the year of dinner menus, breakfast and lunch around here is pretty much do-it-yourself which is fabulous for me.

I also love that you can switch your meal preference. Lets say you started off with the Classic Meals plan and then you decide you want to eat a low fat diet, you can easily switch between plans with just a click!

This is awesome, sounds like something that is great for the busy parents. I am a stay at home mom and my husband would never allow this, because he would say I have time to find all this information lol

I love my crockpot. Another favorite is lightly breaded frozen fish (not the name brand in a box- this is packaged in plastic on a foam tray) and Ore-Ida waffle fries. Just bake together for 16 minutes at 425, no turning. Real life-saver some days! and if you feel guilty you can always do veggies on the side ;)

This sounds good. I love anything I can toss into the crock pot and forget about for a few hours.
