This easy recipe is the perfect fuss free appetizer for holiday parties. The beauty is that these flavors are perfect for both Thanksgiving and Christmas celebrations.
With just four ingredients, these cracker sandwiches pack a huge punch. Here is what you need to make these:
  • RITZ Crackers
  • Cooked Turkey
  • Pesto
  • Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
Doesn't get much easier than that to make something extra delicious to kick off the holiday festivities.

Pesto Turkey & Cranberry Cracker Sandwich

Turkey Cracker Sandwiches

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 10 minutes

Easy turkey cracker sandwiches with pesto and cranberry. Festive holiday appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 24 RITZ Crackers
  • 10 oz Cooked Turkey (Sliced into 24 Pieces)
  • ⅓ Cup Pesto
  • ½ Cup Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce

Instructions

  1. On a serving platter, lay out 12 crackers.
  2. Stack one piece of turkey on each cracker
  3. Spread Pesto over each slice of turkey
  4. Stack another piece of turkey on top
  5. Add a small amount of cranberry sauce on top
  6. Top with final cracker
  7. Serve immediately

I love Pesto but would never have thought to pair it with turkey and cranberry but this sounds great!

Yep, parties require Ritz, and that's fine by me! This appetizer looks tasty. I'd add cheese, because I can't do cracker sandwiches without cheese, lol. Maybe brie or a melted cheddar. Yum.
