Brunch themed boards are fabulous because you can really customize them to make them your own. I added fall inspired toppings to include, but you can add literally anything you'd like to treat your family to.
Then, including easy sides like breakfast meats or even scrambled eggs is an option. This is perfect to make the meal more hearty. But, feel free to go as simple or extra as you like.

HOW TO MAKE AN OMBRÉ PANCAKE BOARD
It's easy to set up a tasty pancake breakfast board. Start off by making a list of what you want to include and gather the ingredients.
Next, choose a serving plate or board that will be perfect for placing those items on and big enough to hold the amount of pancakes you will plan to make.
Use small dishes to separate some of the small ingredients like sprinkles and chocolate chips.
Set up any items that don't need to be refrigerated. If you are using whipped cream, set it up in a small dish and store in your fridge until serving time.
We want to prepare everything we can before preparing the pancakes.
Once your toppings are set up and good to go, it's time to make our pancakes. Follow Krusteaz Buttermilk Pancakes Mix directions to make as many pancakes as you need for your guests.
Divide the batter into 4 smaller bowls. Leave one of the bowls of batter as-is and then tint the remaining 3 bowls of batter.
Start by adding 2 drops of orange food coloring gel to the first bowl. Then, triple the amount for the next bowl and repeat that for the final bowl. That is the easiest way to get various shades of orange for our ombre pancakes.
They will turn out perfectly if you have a griddle to use. I used a small pancake maker to get mine nice and round without any fuss which I love.
Once your pancakes are prepared, be sure to stack them from light to bold or vice versa to make the ombre effect really pop.
