GRILLED SAUSAGE TOPPING IDEAS

For a delicious kick, I grilled up Aidells Cajun Style Andouille to serve on thick hot dog buns. I came up with three topping pairings that are both simple and tasty for warm weather.

Here are some though-starters:

  • Sauerkraut + Dijon Mustard
  • Red Onions, Cilantro + Jalapeños.
  • Roasted Corn + Sliced Roma Tomatoes

The result is fresh and tasty. You can choose to add toppings in advance or set up toppings like a bar so that everyone can pick and choose their own flavor combos.
