Breakfast can be a delicious start to the day, but it can easily get boring. Cereal or eggs made up the same way day after day can be a bore. When times are busy, keeping your refrigerator and freezer stocked with all the right ingredients will make your mornings tastier. You'll never be out of breakfast ideas if you follow these hacks and use these recipes as a guide. ↻ Breakfast Sandwiches - are perfect for those extra busy days. Keep ready-made breakfast sandwiches in your freezer such as these Jimmy Dean Bacon, Egg & Cheese Biscuits. You'll always have a delicious start to your morning, and bonus, they are portable and can go anywhere with you!
You can also whip up an easy breakfast sandwich by using up staples you already have in your refrigerator. Toast, English muffins or Lenders Bagels make for the perfect sandwich base. Make your eggs just the way you like them. Add cheese for an added bonus!
What to use:
☑ Ready Made Breakfast Sandwiches from the Freezer (Try Jimmy Dean)
☑ Eggs such as Eggland's Best. (I always buy the 18 pack carton.)
☑ Bread, English muffins or Lenders Bagels for the perfect handheld sandwich.
☑ Cheese Slices. Try Borden 2% Milk Sharp Slices for a tasty addition.
Make an Herbed Egg Sandwich
For a unique twist, add dried rosemary, dried parsley, garlic powder and a little salt and pepper to your eggs.

↻ Breakfast Casseroles - are perfect for serving a big family or for having leftovers.
What to stock up on:
☑ Eggs such as Eggland's Best.
☑ Frozen Breakfast Potatoes. Try Cascadian Farms Organic Hash Browns or Country Style Potatoes.
☑ Frozen Vegetables. Try convenient frozen organic produce from Cascadian Farms like broccoli florets.
☑ Shredded Cheese or Slices. Try Borden Shreds or Slices.
Make a Broccoli and Cheese Hash Brown Casserole
Combine variations of thawed frozen Hash Browns, 10 whisked Eggs with a splash of milk or water, ¾ Cup of chopped thawed broccoli florets, cheese and seasonings. Bake uncovered at 350° for about 45 minutes or until cooked through. Cool and enjoy!

↻ Fruit Topped Pancakes, French Toast or Waffles are a delicious quick fix.
What to stock up on:
☑ Freezer Pancakes, French Toast or Waffles. Try Aunt Jemima products for delicious options that are ready in minutes. I recommend the Blueberry Pancakes!
☑ Frozen Fruit. One of my very favorites to stock up on are Frozen Wild Blueberries from Wyman's of Maine. They're so good!
Blueberry Topped Blueberry Pancakes
Prepare Aunt Jemima Blueberry Pancakes according to package directions, topped with thawed, warm Wyman's Wild Blueberries. Delicious!

↻ Omelets are a perfect way to sneak in some veggies for a delicious morning.
What to stock up on:
☑ Eggs. Try liquid eggs for a real convenient go-to. AllWhites® and Better’n Eggs® are perfect for making easy omelets.
☑ Frozen Vegetables. Organic Frozen Cut Spinach from Cascadian Farms is a perfect omelet filler.
☑ Shredded Cheese or Slices.
Egg Whites and Spinach Omelet.
Spray a little non-stick spray or butter into a frying pan. Use AllWhites® liquid egg whites for an awesome shortcut. Once the egg is cooked through, top half with some drained and thawed frozen spinach. Fold over the other half and serve.

↻ Microwave Egg Breakfasts are the perfect way to enjoy a hearty breakfast when you're strapped for time.
What to stock up on:
☑ Eggs.
☑ Frozen Vegetables.
☑ Shredded Cheese or Slices.
Broccoli & Cheese Cheddar Microwave Omelet
In a microwave safe mug, whisk 2 eggs and 2 tablespoons of water with a fork. Stir in ½ Cup of Frozen Broccoli Florets, Defrosted, Drained & Chopped, 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese and add dash of salt and pepper or other desired seasonings. Microwave on high for 1 minute, stir and put back in for 1 more minute. Keep an eye on it as it will rise during cooking. Check to see if the egg is cooked through, you can put it back in for 10 second intervals until cooked through. Let cool, it gets very hot in the mug!

↻ Fruit Smoothies are an easy way to enjoy a blend of fruit before you start the day.
What to stock up on:
☑ Frozen Fruit.
☑ Milk.
☑ Yogurt.
Very Blueberry Smoothie. Blend 1 cup frozen blueberries such as Wyman's, ¼ cup milk, a small container of yogurt, ½ of a large Banana and a handful of iced cubes together until smooth. Enjoy!

↻ Toasted Topped Bagels. These are one of my son's favorite breakfast add-ons, so I had to share it.
What to stock up on:
☑ Bagels. Try Lender's Bagels in the refrigerator and freezer sections at your local grocer.
☑ Cream Cheese, Butter Jelly, Nut Butter Spreads.
Other serving ideas: Serve half a topped bagel with a veggie omelet or scrambled eggs for the perfect combo!

We love to start the day with smoothies. I use frozen fruit and the result is a nice thick smoothie. I will have to try a breakfast sandwich for tomorrow morning. We usually have eggs and toast.
