HOW TO MAKE CHARACTER SANDWICHES
To make these sandwiches, use the tools listed (cookie cutters, straws, kitchen shears and a knife) to help make the various shapes needed. Use dabs of cream cheese to use to adhere the loose pieces of bread, vegetables and cheese together when needed.
Ryder Sandwich: Use 1 slice of wheat bread & 2 slices of pumpernickel for the base. Rotate the pumpernickel bread vertically and trim the end of the slices using kitchen shears or a knife to make it look like spiky hair. Overlap the two slices to fit the width of the wheat bread. Use pumpernickel to prepare eyebrows. Use provolone and pumpernickel to make eyes and with the cookie cutter and use a straw pressed into the provoke to make tiny circles to put on top of the eyes, use wheat bread to cut out a nose & red pepper to cut out a smile.
Marshall Sandwich: Use 2 slices of white bread to create the sandwich base and 1 crustless slice to trim triangle-shaped ears. Make spots using the pumpernickel bread and circle cookie cutter and some smaller ones with a straw for the face and ears. Use bread, blueberries and provolone to make eyes. Use a blackberry for the nose, trim a tiny strip of red paper to make a smile, and cut out a hat shape using a red pepper half.
Timmy T-Rex Sandwich: Use 2 slices of wheat bread for the sandwich base, make pumpernickel bread nostrils using a straw and trim out eyebrows. Use provolone and pumpernickel to make the eyes with the cookie cutter and straw. Use provolone to cut out teeth with kitchen shears or a knife.
Rubble Sandwich: Use 2 slices of white bread for the sandwich base, use 1 slice wheat bread for eye base and ears. Use pumpernickel and provolone to cut out eyes. Use a halved blackberry nose, make a smile with a red pepper strip and make a hat using a halved yellow pepper and knife.
