Keeping stocked up on tasty foods in your freezer is a smart hack. It means you will always have delicious options on hand. This is the perfect month to try new things like bibigo™ products. They offer a fun variety of wontons, dumpling bites and more. I picked up some bibigo™ Chicken & Vegetable Mini Wontons, bibigo™ Korean Style Crunchy Chicken and bibigo™ Crispy Dumpling Bites Spicy Chicken to try. I thought it would be enjoyable to add some of their Mini Wontons to my rice board to give an easy but delicious twist.

bibigo™ Chicken & Vegetable Mini Wonton dumplings are made with chicken, cabbage, leeks, tofu, green onions and onions all carefully stuffed into a delicious wrapper so that the flavors shine through. I opted to prepare them on my stove top and followed the package directions. We loved how crispy and savory they turned out with this method of preparation. Definitely a win. You can enjoy them as a yummy appetizer or add to soup or to this rice board that I put together.

INGREDIENTS FOR A RICE BOARD

The beauty of boards like this are that you can add what you have on hand and switch it up every time. Here is what I added to mine for some beginner's inspiration.

There are many dressings you can buy ready-made, it's also exciting to try to make your own. bibigo™ has some to try such as Korean BBQ Drizzle.

CREAMY RICE BOWL DRESSING

Whip up a quick dressing for your rice bowls. This one is sweet with some heat and perfect to add an added layer of flavor to your bowls.

  • ¾ Cup Sour Cream
  • 2 TBSP Sriracha Sauce
  • 2 TBSP Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 2 TBSP Water

Mix all ingredients together and serve. Store leftovers in refrigerator for up to 4 days.

SET UP A FAMILY RICE BOARD

Now that you have selected all of your ingredients to serve, it's time to prepare them. Be sure to time out any heated or cooked items so that everything can be served warm at the same time. While you're waiting, it's a great time to start planning out how you will set everything up.

Start by choosing a large serving tray to place everything on. If you don’t have one, you can always set up a food bar instead where everything is just set into individual bowls and set onto your table. Gather a variety of dishes and bowls to place individual ingredients into.
