There is nothing like the perfect snack to enjoy when watching a long awaited movie. Everyone is going to be extra excited when they see these spe-SHELL crispy rice treats.
CRISPY RICE TREAT INGREDIENTS
Ready to make an ex-SHELL-ent treat, dudes and dudettes? Here are the ingredients you will need.

- Butter
- Mini Marshmallows
- Crispy Rice Cereal
- Fondant (Blue, Green, Gold, Orange)
- Food Coloring
- Mini Candy Eyes
You will also need some supplies to help prepare these too. Here is what I used to make these. You can use alternatives and things you have on hand instead if needed.
- Rectangle Silicone Mold with 9 Cavities
- Kitchen Shears
- Knife
- Toothpicks
- Fondant Rolling Pin
HOW TO MAKE LEO CRISPY RICE TREATS
The instructions to make these treats are really simple. Have fun using some creativity with the fondant to make these creations your very own. Making these is also a fun family-friendly activity to prepare for movie night together.

Melt butter in a large saucepan. Stir in marshmallows until they are melted. Remove the pan from heat.
Quickly press the mixture into the silicone mold and let cool.
Remove bars from mold and use fondant roller to roll out desired colors so that they are evenly flat.
Use a toothpick, kitchen shears and knife to cut out shapes from the fondant to make them look like Leo or your favorite character.
Use your finger to gently press each piece of fondant into the crispy rice treats to help the design set. Finally press in the mini candy eyes to complete the look. You can add a dab of icing to help if needed.
Serve immediately or seal in an air-tight container.

Leo Crispy Rice Treats
Shell-brate TMNT: Mutant Mayhem movie with these fun Crispy Rice treats decorated like Leo.
Ingredients

- 3 TBSP Butter
- 1 PKG Mini Marshmallows, 10 oz
- 6 Cups Crispy Rice Cereal, divided
- Fondant (Blue, Green, Gold, Orange)
- Food Coloring
- 2 Mini Candy Eyes
- SUPPLIES
- Rectangle Bars Silicone Mold with 9 Cavities
- Fondant Roller
- Toothpick
- Kitchen Shears
- Knife
Instructions

Use a few drops of food coloring to darken any of the fondant colors, if desired. Blend by kneading it into the fondant.
