Let me share the simple ingredients and instructions to make these adorable individual snacks.
THANKSGIVING CHEESE AND CRACKERS
You just need a few common items to whip up the cutest Thanksgiving snacks around.
If you spotted my pumpkin cheese plates, these are a similar concept.
You can choose a round cracker like Ritz or an oval shaped cracker such as TownHouse FlipSides.
Those rectangular Club crackers might look cool, too. I amTh going to try that next. (Will update below with photos if I do).
These little snack plates should look fun no matter which cracker you choose.
INGREDIENTS FOR TURKEY CHEESE PLATES

Not only are they made with few common ingredients, but they are also just so easy to make.
It's almost criminal to post an actual recipe.

MAKE TURKEY CHEESE PLATES
Once you have gathered up the ingredients you will use, it's time to assemble these cuties.
The steps are just so easy, let's go over them.
The steps below are ultra simplified, so be sure to see below for more detail.
1. Make the feathers by arranging 5 crackers in a fan shape on the top half of a small plate.
2. Add the cheese. Layer 5 small cheddar squares just below the crackers to create more “feathers.”
3. Build the body. Place two pepperoni slices for the body and one slightly overlapping on top for the head.
4. Add the face. Stick on candy eyes and a small cheese triangle for the beak.
5. Finish with feet. Add tiny cheese strips under the body for legs.
6. Serve and enjoy!
A lot of people ask me where I got these cute plates from and it was Target.
They are reusable party plates and I'm in love.
Sadly they don't sell them any longer but I found these small confetti plates that are visually similar but not reusable.
Of course any smaller plate you have on hand would be great for this.
The only tip I have is to use plates with no lip or a small lip. The flatter the plate the better.
Then, you can easily adjust the amount of ingredients you use to either make smaller or larger.
Once you have gathered up the ingredients you want to use, it's time to assemble them.
Some quick notes:
These are not exactly sturdy once put together.
You won't be able to easily transport them anywhere.
So just best to serve at home or assemble wherever you are going to serve them.
If you want, you could use some dabs of cream cheese to adhere the candy eyes, cheese beak and cheese claws.
You can also use any kind of square cheese that you like.
I personally love the way the bold cheddar looks against the crackers.
Small Turkey Cheese Plates
Cute Thanksgiving snack ahead. Make Small Turkey Cheese Plates to spread joy this season. The combination of crackers, cheese and pepperoni are nostalgic.
Ingredients
- 5 Round crackers (like Ritz) or Oval crackers like FlipSides
- 5 Cheddar Cracker-Cut Cheese Squares
- 3 Pepperoni slices
- 2 Candy eyes
- Small triangle pieces of cheddar (for the beak)
- Tiny strips of cheese (for the feet)
Instructions
Form the feathers. Arrange 5 crackers in a fan shape at the top half of a small plate.
Add cheese “feathers”. Place 5 small squares of cheddar cheese slightly overlapping below the crackers to form another feather layer.
Create the turkey body. Use two slices of pepperoni for the body and one slightly overlapping on top for the head.
Make the face. Add two candy eyes on the top pepperoni slice. Place a small cheese triangle underneath for the beak.
Add the feet. Cut tiny strips of cheese and position them under the body to look like little turkey legs.
Serve and enjoy immediately.
