- 25 Green Grapes
- 8 Strawberries, stems off
- 2 Blueberries
- 15 Gouda Cheese Cracker Cut Slices
- 2 Cheddar Cheese Slices
- 1 Provolone Slice
- Sleeve of Round Crackers like Toasteds Buttercrisp or Rosemary
Instructions
Ensure fruit is washed and stems cut off or removed. Set aside.
Prepare all face cutouts. Use tear shaped cookie cutter or knife to make ears from cheddar. Use small round cookie cutters to make eye base from provolone, nose and cheeks from cheddar. Use kitchen shears to cut out smile from Provolone. Set aside.
Add round crackers all along the outer edges of a round serving tray.
Add 15 cracker cut squares of Gouda cheese to the bottom third of the empty space.
Add cheese cut-outs to assemble the elf *face*. Use two blueberries for *pupils*.
