INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

Here is a list of the items used to make these yummy fruit plates inspired by Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Complete Classic Series Collection .

  • Green Grapes
  • Red Grapes
  • Blueberries
  • Strawberries
  • Mandarin Oranges
  • Jumbo Candy Eyes

Once you have gathered all of your fruits and supplies, it's time to put together these totally rad fruit trays.

Cowabunga Fruit Plates inspired by Classic TMNT Characters

INSTRUCTIONS: 

  1. Give the fruit a good wash.
  2. Peel and separate the mandarin oranges, and slice the strawberries in half.
  3. Pluck the grapes from their stems.
  4. On four small flat plates, start by placing one cup of green grapes on each, spreading them out to cover most of the plate.
  5. On one plate, add halved strawberries, on another, place mandarin orange slices, on the third, add blueberries, and on the last, add red grapes to form a “mask” shape.
  6. Pop two candy eyes on each “mask,” and use the extra blueberries to make cute little mouths.

TMNT Cowabunga Fruit Plates

Make Cowabunga Fruit Plates, adorable fruit platters styled like the classic Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle heroes. Perfect for watch parties.

Ingredients

  • 6 Cups Green Grapes
  • 1 Cup Red Grapes
  • 1.5 Cups Blueberries
  • 3 Large Strawberries
  • 2 Mandarin Oranges
  • 8 Jumbo Candy Eyes

Instructions

Wash the fruit.

Peel and separate the mandarin oranges, and cut the strawberries in half.

Remove the grapes from their stems.

On four small flat plates, start by adding one cup of green grapes to each plate, filling most of the space as needed.

For each plate, add halved strawberries to one, mandarin orange slices to another, blueberries to a third, and red grapes to the last to create a “mask” design.

Place two candy eyes over each “mask”, and use the remaining blueberries to create mouths.
