MAKE A FIRE TRUCK VEGETABLE PLATTER

Ready to make the cutest fire truck snack? It's just PAW-fect for pairing up with the new PAW Patrol: Fire Rescue DVD. With over 2 hours of rescues, we're going to get hungry, so let's bury a bone and dig in.

INGREDIENTS:

• Grape Tomatoes (red and yellow)
• Crinkle-cut Carrot Slices
• Yellow Bell Pepper
• Orange Bell Pepper
• Black Olives
• Colby Jack Cracker

INSTRUCTIONS:

It's so easy breezy to make a super cute fire truck out of veggies. Here are the simple steps used to make this.

• Place carrot slices on a baking sheet to form a rectangular fire truck shape.
• Add a small stack of Colby Jack cheese slices at the front to create the window.
• Fill the rest of the truck shape with grape tomatoes.
• Make wheels using olives and place half a yellow tomato in the center of each for hubcaps.
• Add orange bell pepper strips on top as the ladder.
• Place half a red grape tomato on top for the light, then cut the other half into small slices for the siren.
• Cut yellow bell pepper into a sun shape and place it in the corner.
• Serve and enjoy your fire truck veggie tray!

Fire Truck Vegetable Tray

Fun Fire Truck Vegetable Tray to make for your PAW Patrol: Fire Rescue DVD. Grape tomatoes, carrots and peppers.

Ingredients

• 1 and ½ Pints Grape Tomatoes (red and yellow)
• 2 Cups Crinkle-cut Carrot Slices
• ½ Yellow Bell Pepper
• ½ Orange Bell Pepper
• 20 Black Olives, whole
• Colby Jack Cracker Cut Cheese Slices

Instructions

On a baking sheet, place down carrot slices to form a rectangular fire truck body shape.

Place a stack of cracker-cut Colby Jack cheese towards the front of the truck for the window.

Arrange grape tomatoes to fill the empty space inside the truck body. 

Make wheels with olives and add half a yellow tomato in the middle for hubcaps.

Use orange bell pepper strips for the ladder on top.

Add half of a red grape tomato on top of the “truck”. Cut three small slices of the other half tomato for the siren.

Cut yellow bell pepper into a sun with rays in the corner.

Serve and enjoy your fun fire truck veggie tray!
