Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Prepare all grapes by removing from vines, cleaning and drying thoroughly. Set aside.
  2. Prepare the cheeses. Use 2" circle cookie cutter to make circle shapes from the provolone slices. You should be able to get about 2 circles from each slice. Use 3" Teardrop cookie cutter on the cheddar cheese slices, you could be able to get about 2 shapes from each slice. Use a straw to make 4 tiny round circles from excess provolone. Set all cheese aside. Pack up all extra cheese for another purposes.
  3. On a large clean serving platter, line crackers in a fan like manner at the bottom half.
  4. Spread about half of the provolone circles in a slightly rounded shape for the Santa hat rim where you want it to start.
  5. Spread the pepperoni slices on top in a fan like shape. Place a couple more to make the bottom of the santa hat. Place the remaining provolone circles stacked to represent the "santa hat ball".
  6. Divide the cheddar slices in two even piles and place them down as the eyes.
  7. Place on olive slice on top of each cheddar stack and plate the tiny provolone circles in the holes to complete the eyes.
  8. Place the green grapes in the center to fill the rest of the empty space which will make up the green Grinch face.
  9. Add two small rosemary sprigs on the inner tops of the cheddar eyes stacks.
  10. Add one red grape for the nose and the rest for the smile.
