MINI CAMPFIRE INSPIRED CHARCUTERIE BOARDS

It's so easy to make campfire inspired camp-cuterie boards to pair with the Family Camp movie.

Here's what you need to make campfire snacks:

INGREDIENTS:

  • Sharp Cheddar Block Cheese
  • Mozzarella Block Cheese
  • Colby Block Cheese
  • Dipping Pretzel Sticks
  • Checkerboard Shaped Pretzels
  • Blueberries
  • Frozen Peas and Corn Kernels, Thawed

SUPPLIES:

  • Mini Bowls or Trays
  • Toothpicks
  • Knife

Here is what you need to assemble these snacks:

Cut out ⅓” thick squares and rectangles of three different heights from the block cheese to represent a campfire.

Use a knife to cut out various sized triangles from the top of each cut cheese block so that it looks like fire flames.

Place three pieces of cheese of various shapes and colors in the center of each of your mini bowls or trays.

Next, place four or five pretzel dipping sticks in front of the cheese to represent logs or firewood.

Place blueberries surrounding the rest of the cheese toward the back of the bowls.

Then, place the checkerboard pretzels on top of the pretzel stacks in the front to represent a grill.

Lastly, make the tiny kebabs for the "grill". Place one pea, one corn kernel and another pea onto each toothpick to represent a grilling kebab. Place on top of the checkerboard pretzel.

That's it! Now it's time to enjoy your yummy snack!

Mini Campfire Charcuterie Boards (Camp-cuterie)

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Individual campfire inspired charcuterie snack boards for kids. These mini camp-cuterie boards are made to look like a campfire with cheese for fire flames and pretzels for firewood. Cute tiny kebabs made with corn kernels and peas.

Ingredients

  • Sharp Cheddar Block Cheese
  • Mozzarella Block Cheese
  • Colby Block Cheese
  • Dipping Pretzel Sticks
  • Checkerboard Shaped Pretzels
  • Blueberries
  • Frozen Peas and Corn Kernels, Thawed
  • SUPPLIES:
  • Mini Bowls or Trays
  • Toothpicks
  • Knife

Instructions
