STEPS TO MAKE A LILO & STITCH SNACK BOARD
Stitch Cookies
Carefully cut the top of one golden OREO in half.
Take a second golden OREO and separate it into two halves.

Place the two smaller halves on the cream side of the second OREO's bottom piece. Position them like Stitch's ears.

Put the top half of the OREO back in place.
Use blue cookie icing to outline the entire cookie. Let it dry.
Cover the cookie with blue icing. Use a toothpick to spread it out evenly. Let it set.
Grab black icing and draw two eyes, a nose, and an open mouth. Wait for it to dry.
Use pink icing to add a tongue inside the mouth and add pink accents to the ears.
Finally, use white icing to draw small teeth inside the mouth.
Repeat the steps for as many Stitch cookies as you'd like!

Snack Board Assembly
- Lay the decorated sugar cookies at the top and bottom of a surfboard shaped board.
- Place a small bowl of gummy worms near the bottom section.
- Add fruit skewers along the left side of the board. Place the kiwi slices just above the skewers.
- On the right side, arrange PB&J sandwiches cut into sandal shapes. Use mozzarella cheese for straps and a blueberry for the center. Then, add your Stitch cookies here.
- Fill the empty spaces with baby carrots, mandarin orange slices, and mozzarella cheese sticks.
- Once everything’s in place, serve and enjoy!

Tips and Tricks for a Memorable Stitch Snack Board
Creating a snack board is all about mixing creativity with practicality. With the right tips and a little thoughtful arrangement, you can make a board that’s not just delicious but visually stunning too.
Focus on Variety and Balance
The key to a winning snack board is variety. You want it to cater to different tastes and dietary preferences while staying cohesive with your theme.

Here’s how to get it right:
- Mix Sweet and Savory: Think about opposites that complement each other. Pair sweet fruits with savory snacks. Adding contrasts keeps it exciting!
- Include Different Textures: Combine crunchy items like baby carrots and gummy worms with soft options like sandwiches and fruit skewers. This balance keeps every bite interesting.
- Think About Colors: A snack board is like a piece of art; bold, vibrant colors make it pop. Incorporate tropical yellows, greens, and oranges alongside calming blues to nail the Lilo & Stitch theme.

Use Shapes and Themes Creatively
One thing that makes snack boards unforgettable is the small, whimsical details. Adding themed shapes and designs brings an extra layer of fun.
- Character Cutouts: Shape sandwiches like sandals or small tropical symbols. This small touch can go a long way in tying the board to your theme.
- Mini Scenes: Create “ocean zones” with blue candies and Gummy Worms to mimic the beachy backdrop of Hawaii.
- Level Up with Figurines: Small Stitch and Lilo figures can make pinch-hit decorations, adding character to your layout.
Arrange with Thoughtfulness
Your food arrangement should look inviting while making it easy to grab items. Here are some practical pointers:
- Place larger, focal items like Stitch cookies and bowls of snacks first.
- Arrange smaller items, like fruits and candies, to fill gaps while keeping a natural flow.
- Save solid “anchor colors,” like orange and blue, for the edges to frame your board neatly.
- Use height by stacking or layering cheese sticks and sugar cookies—this creates depth and makes the whole thing look dynamic!

Keep Simple, Kid-Friendly Options
- Classic Choices: PB&J sandwiches and Goldfish crackers are always a hit. Dress them up a little and you're good to go.
- Mess-Free Snacks: Use smaller portions or easy-to-grasp pieces to keep things tidy.
- Dip Zones: Add a small bowl of honey or yogurt for fruit dipping to keep things interactive but manageable for kids.
Variations and Substitutions
Creating a Lilo & Stitch snack board doesn’t mean you’re locked into one style. With a few adjustments, you can cater to different preferences, themes, or dietary needs. Let’s explore some creative variations to ensure your snack board is fun, adaptable, and perfect for everyone.
Healthy Stitch Snack Board Options
Want to stay light and refreshing? Substitute traditional party snacks with healthier alternatives that pack flavor without the guilt. Think fresh veggies, dips, and nutrient-rich options.
- Fresh Veggies: Swap out chips and crackers with colorful options like baby carrots, celery sticks, cucumber slices, and bell pepper strips. They bring the crunch while keeping it wholesome.
- Hummus or Yogurt-Based Dips: Instead of heavy cheese spreads, offer hummus, ranch-yogurt dip, or guacamole. They pair beautifully with veggies and provide a burst of flavor.
- Fruit Skewers: Exchange desserts for fruit skewers made from pineapple, berries, and grapes. They’re naturally sweet and on theme.

How Can I Keep the Board Looking Fresh?
A visually appealing snack board is key, and keeping it fresh requires a little extra attention.
- Slice fruits like apples or pears just before serving to prevent browning.
- Use chilled or pre-cut fruits and veggies for better presentation and ease of setup.
- Keep dips or spreads in small bowls placed neatly, rather than spread across the board—they’ll look better and stay fresher longer.
Is This Snack Board Suitable for Kids?
Yes, a Lilo & Stitch snack board is perfect for kids! It blends colorful arrangements with easy-to-grab snacks, making it both fun and functional. Think PB&J sandwiches cut into sandal shapes, bright gummies, and a mix of healthy and treat options kids are sure to love.
