Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken Dinner

There's nothing quite like it. The aroma fills the house up and reminds me of weekend afternoons when I was a kid. Today, I'm sharing a Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken Dinner that's perfect for bringing the family together on any night of the week.

Over the last few years, I've relied on mine to get a tasty dinner on the table. It's so fun to create something tasty knowing no matter what flavors and ingredients you add in, it will always be tasty. All I know is that something truly amazing happens under that lid.
My family loves a good BBQ dinner, it's really the perfect dish for anytime of the year. There's something about the fall that makes it even tastier, if I do say so myself. This recipe pairs BBQ favorites like chicken, potatoes and corn and it comes together amazingly all in the Crock-Pot® Slow Cooker.

Crock-Pot® Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken Dinner Recipe
In your Crock-Pot® Slow Cooker, layer potatoes, chicken and corn and pour a yummy BBQ mixture over the top. Then, set your Crock-Pot® Slow Cooker on high for 4-5 hours or low for 7-8 hours until the chicken and potatoes are thoroughly cooked.
Crock-Pot® BBQ Chicken Dinner
Easy whole crock-pot chicken dinner that's sweet and spicy with corn on the cob and potatoes. Simple and delish!
Ingredients
- 1 lb Potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 ears of Corn, halved
- 4 boneless Chicken Breasts
- 1 18 oz Jar BBQ Sauce
- ⅓ Cup Dark Brown Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp. Minced Onions
- 3 Tbsp Hot Sauce
- 2 Tsp. of Salt reserved + a Pinch or two
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix, BBQ Sauce, Dark Brown Sugar, Garlic Powder, Minced Onions, Hot Sauce & Salt In your Crock-Pot®, layer potatoes, sprinkle desired amount of salt over top to season, then layer chicken and place corn around the sides. Pour the bbq mixture over the top. Set your Crock-Pot® on high for 4-5 hours or low for 7-8 hours until the chicken and potatoes are thoroughly cooked. Drizzle remaining sauce over top of the dish to pack in more flavor.
