Once I discovered this fun set of dice, the idea of fun and easy dinners and family nights raced through my mind. Cooking takes a lot of time, but coming up with what to make or eat takes up even MORE time. I am ready to regain my free time by fully taking advantage of this fun decision-making tool.

Speaking of discovering new things, I found the perfect meal solution when we roll "Italian" for dinner. Enter Simek's® entrees from the freezer section of your local grocer. I had spotted these entrees before, but this was my first time making them. Once I realized that for every Simek’s product purchased, a meal is donated to a local Feeding America food bank, I was feeling even nicer about giving them a try.

To make an easy salad, I used green leaf lettuce, grape tomatoes, red onion, Italian seasoning, sea salt and creamy Italian dressing. I like to shake mine up in a freezer bag. It's SO good. Then, I paired up with some baked from frozen breadsticks for the perfect meal to enjoy with a movie at home.

Now that everything is ready to go with little effort, it's time to dig in. For a test run on our fun new dinner and movie game, we sampled all three of the entrees and each was rich with flavor. The pastas really held up beautifully and weren't soggy. The sauces are flavorful, and you can taste that they were made with love.
