These boards are great to take place of dessert but also make a fantastic table centerpiece and a great addition to a themed dessert table.

With a jelly bean base and a few popping colors, this pastel treat board is so easy to make. Most of the ingredients can easily be purchased online for your convenience or simply swapped out for something that is convenient and easy for you to get.

I included some ready-to-bake cookies in this treat board, but you can buy cookies that are already prepared or even made from scratch. So many options to make this work to meet your needs.

EASTER CANDY CHARCUTERIE BOARD TUTORIAL

Now that I've made SO many candy boards, I have been able to narrow down instructions to just four simple steps. These are overly simple, but very effective for making an eye catching dessert tray.

  1. Pick your board or tray as well as smaller dishes to separate candies with as well as the candy you will be using in advance. Stick to 2-4 colors for the best outcome.
  2. Plan to have a base of candies to cover your entire board. This can be smaller candies and sprinkles. Place them down first before getting started. .
  3. Place the larger candies and treats perfectly on top of your base and alternate types and colors to make your selections stand out more. Place similar treats and similar colored treats diagonally from each other for an added pop.
  4. After placing all of your main candies and treats down, go back in with smaller filler candies/sprinkles to fill in any unexpected spaces. Voila!
