We're about to enter the busiest season of the year. We'll be making lists and checking them twice before we know it. It's a great time to chat about ways to stay energized this season. I'm excited to share my new favorite way to start the day: Gingerbread Iced Coffee. Yum. This is a sponsored post with Mirum, all opinions are my own.
I know all too well what skipping breakfast does. It kind of sets my day up for failure. If I'm not feeling energized and nurtured, it's SO much harder to tackle my daily to-do list. Are you with me? To get ahead of the season before things get crazy, I wanted create this energizing boost to help kick start my mornings. It is just the thing!
My refreshing and delish gingerbread iced coffee recipe is made super easy with the help of Silk® Almond Milk and STōK™ Cold Brew Coffee available at Publix. I wanted to keep this recipe energizing by using top notch ingredients and festive spices. If you want to make it more of a cheat, you can easily add brown sugar or caramel to take this to all new heights.
Energizing Gingerbread Iced Coffee Recipe
Want to feel energized in the morning? Try making this single serve gingerbread iced coffee recipe!
Here's what you need to make one serving:
1 Cup of Silk® Almond Milk, Vanilla
1 Cup STōK™ Cold Brew Coffee
½ Tsp. Molasses
2 Tsp. Maple syrup
½ Tsp. Vanilla Extract
½ Tsp. Cinnamon
¼ Tsp. Ginger
¼ Tsp. Cloves
This is the base recipe and then you can add additional sweeteners if you like. Try caramel, stevia or brown sugar!
In a blender, mix the Silk® Almond Milk molasses, maple syrup, vanilla extract and the spices together. This will really blend up those spices and give the almond milk a fun froth like a fancy coffee shop. If you're adding additional sweetener (caramel, brown sugar or stevia), add it in now too.
Add ice and pour the STōK™ Cold Brew Coffee into your drinking cup. Then pour in the blended almond milk. Stir and enjoy!
So yummy and so simple! I'm looking forward to creating more fun and energizing coffee combos with the help of STōk Cold Brew Coffee.
As much as I love to start my day with just coffee, we definitely some more nourishment. I just tried some refreshing flavors of Dannon® Oikos® Triple Zero and I'm impressed. Yogurt is such the perfect convenient food to keep stocked up on at Publix. The best news is that the single serve cups of Dannon® Oikos® Triple Zero have 15 grams of protein in them. Score!
With yummy flavors like Peach and Mixed Berry, there is something for everyone.
Tis the season... to be energized! I hope you found some morning motivation with these tasty ideas.
It's a great time to stock up on your energizing favorites or try some new ones at your local Publix! Happy shopping!
