MINI REINDEER CAKES RECIPE
Let's make something delicious that everyone will remember with these mini cakes shaped like reindeer. We will take them over the top with Snyder's of Hanover Mini Pretzels and cute red gumdrops. Here is what you need:
- Snyder's of Hanover® Mini Pretzels
- Store-Bought Pound Cake
- Chocolate Cookie Icing
- Red Gumdrops
- Large Candy Eyes
Tools: Gingerbread Man Cookie Cutter
The first thing to do is cut your store-bought pound cake into halves. Then, use the cookie cutter to make six mini cakes. Set aside the leftover cake for another purpose.
Set the cakes on a cooking rack and use chocolate icing to cover the entire tops of each of the cakes.
Let the icing set for about 15 minutes, and then we will add the rest of the fun toppings.
Add two candy eyes, one gumdrop for the nose, and finish off with two Snyder's of Hanover Mini Pretzels for the antlers. I could not think of a better final touch!
I totally adore how these cakes turned out. Best of all, they are as delicious as they are easy to make. It does not get better than that. Bring on the holiday festivities!
Make sure to add irresistibly slow baked Snyder's of Hanover Mini Pretzels to your holiday shopping list for maximum yumminess! I can't wait to see what you come up with!
