TROPICAL ITALIAN ICE RECIPE
Ready to keep cool this summer? Enter this pretty Tropical Italian Ice recipe using Lindy’s Homemade™ Italian Ice flavors!
Here are the three flavors I used for this refreshing creation.
- WATERMELON - from the Strawberry & Watermelon Lindy’s Homemade™ Classic Combo.
- MANGO - from the Mango & Pineapple Lindy’s Homemade™ Tropical Combo.
- PINEAPPLE - from the Mango & Pineapple Lindy’s Homemade™ Tropical Combo.
Just look at these colors together. I just can't get over the beauty.
To make this, start by slightly defrost all of the Lindy’s Homemade™ Italian Ice for about 10 minutes.
Spoon the pineapple cups into a small baking dish, pressing over to one side. Use a spatula to smooth the top.
Then, we will simply repeat with the mango and finish with the watermelon flavor.
Once the pretty flavors are all packed in, we will return to the freezer for at least 4 hours.
When you are ready to serve, let the frozen treat thaw for about 5 minutes on your counter.
Then, you can scoop just like you would ice cream and ENJOY!

Tropical Italian Ice
Gorgeous Tropical Italian Ice that you can scoop. Use Lindy's Homemade Italian Ice Cups to make a gorgeous summer treat.
Ingredients
- 3 Individual Cups Pineapple Lindy’s Homemade™ Italian Ice
- 3 Individual Cups Mango Lindy’s Homemade™ Italian Ice
- 3 Individual Cups Watermelon Lindy’s Homemade™ Italian Ice
Instructions
- Slightly defrost all of the Lindy’s Homemade™ Italian Ice for about 10 minutes.
- Once it is softened slightly, spoon all three pineapple cups into a small baking dish, pressing over to one side. Use a spatula to smooth the top.
- Next, scoop mango cups in and keep pressed into one neat section in the center pressed up to the pineapple layer. Use a spatula to smooth the top being careful to not blend the flavors.
- Finish by scooping the watermelon cups into the remaining space. Use a spatula to smooth the top being careful to not blend the flavors.
- Cover and return to freezer for 4 hours or more.
- When ready to serve, set out to thaw for 5 minutes and then scoop it like you would ice cream.
TWO MORE WAYS TO UPGRADE SUMMER
#1 This delicious treat also goes great with lemon lime soda or a dash of seltzer water for another gorgeous option.
#2 You can also simply layer three or more flavors into a single cup and serve that way, too. This is extra pretty!
