You can use sticky plastic wrap to protect the inside of the car before adding your fruits. I used this pink silicone food cover and it was a decent way to achieve this even though it didn't hug the car surface at all.

Have you heard about the Malibu Barbie Cafes? Yes, it's a real place you can visit in NYC and Chicago. Well, I spotted this idea being served there and thought it was just brilliant.
