SUNDAE SERVED IN PINEAPPLE BOAT
To make my own personal ice cream paradise, I used Bubbies Mochi Passion Fruit, Strawberry, and Alphonso Mango in my recipe. It's easy to layer them into a halved pineapple with all your favorite sundae toppings for a one-of-a-kind tropical dessert.
ULTIMATE PINEAPPLE BOAT SUNDAE INGREDIENTS
To make the best tropical sundae, you will need a few simple ingredients. You can add as many or few sundae toppings to make this your own. Here are the ingredients that I used to make mine.
- Halved Pineapple
- Bubbies Mochi Ice Cream (about 12)
- Strawberry Ice Cream Topping
- Fresh Raspberries
- Kiwi "Flowers" Made with Mini Cookie Cutter
- Crushed Pineapple
- Whipped Cream
You can also add sprinkles, crushed nuts and more.
MAKE AN ULTIMATE TROPICAL SUNDAE
To make your own personal paradise, you need to start by scooping out the pineapple from the halved pineapple to make room for the delicious sundae toppings.
Next, layer in half of your choice of Bubbies Mochi Ice Cream. I recommend cutting half of them in half to give fun textures.
Mixing and matching flavors is part of the fun, so be sure to choose 2-3 of your favorite flavors.
Add half of your other toppings in at this point. Evenly add your fresh fruits and sauces.
Then, follow up with a final layer of Bubbies Mochi Ice Cream. Finish up with the rest of your ice cream toppings.
Add some whipped cream and you are good to go.
