Breakfast Waffle Cups Recipe
Not sure about you but breakfast is one of my favorite meals of the day. I could totally eat breakfast for any meal! Dinner anyone? Eggs are a big family favorite around here, I'm always looking for fun and different ways to serve them up. One of my top requested dishes is eggs served up inside of a baked waffle or french toast cup. I always whip these out when we have company. Everybody seems to really love them. So, I figured that I'd share this idea today because we're all about to learn the secret to getting fluffier eggs! Keep with me! This is a sponsored post by Lunchbox, all opinions are my own.
It's super easy to make these waffle cups and keep in mind you can also use french toast from the freezer too. Those are also delish! Then, you can fill them with your favorite breakfast goods. Fluffy scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, cheese, vegetables... the possibilities are endless. I hope you enjoy them as much as we do!

Ingredients

Frozen Waffles (I used store brand)

Non-stick cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375. Defrost desired amount of frozen waffles or microwave, do not toast or they will not be pliable. Spray your muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray. Press each waffle delicately into your muffin tin. Cook for 12-14 minutes until crisped. Cool and remove. Add anything you'd like to your waffle cups.
- I filled mine with scrambled eggs, bacon cheddar cheese.
- For a yummy twist, top with pancake syrup.
