Turn Magnum Chocolate Bars into Festive Treats

I love special treats during the holidays. Ice cream is always delicious any time of the year. I thought it would be fun to take ever delicious Magnum Bars and make them into festive treats. The best of both worlds all on a convenient stick.  Yum.  They are rich indulgent treats filled with delicious goodness. The best part about this holiday treat is that it's SO easy to do and I do believe that each one will be smile inducing.  I made two different themed treats. I used Magnum Gold?! bars and Magnum Double Chocolate to start off.

For the first batch of pretty bars, I have been really wanting to use gold sprinkles. I just LOVE how they turned out. To get the sprinkles to stay, I used decorating gel. The white gel worked nicely with these colored sprinkles. I just "drew" on the Magnum bars where I wanted the glitter to stay. For some bars, I did the full front and others I did just the tips or bottom to break it up.

For the colored holiday sprinkled bars, I used green and red decorative gels as the base. White would work too (any color really since you will be covering them with sprinkles galore). I bought a multi-container of holiday sprinkles so that I had several color and shape combinations to choose from. I'm a sucker for fun sprinkles, can you tell?
