There's something so comforting about lasagna, isn't there? The options for creating tasty varieties are virtually limitless! 

This twist to the classic version uses Alfredo Sauce! So good, so creamy. This is a sponsored post about Bertolli, all opinions are my own. 

I have to admit that I've been slacking on my creativity in this department. 

But, let me tell you, Bertolli is making it seriously easy to get fresh pops of flavor that will lure your entire family to the table! Never would have thought to add these sauces together! Luscious Rosa Lasagna

Getting the family in the same time in the same place for dinner can be a challenge, especially this time of the year.

Sometimes it takes a little bit of planning, but there's one thing that will up my chances of making it happen and that's a delicious comfort meal.

The base of this yummy dinner is the combination of Bertolli Tomato & Basil sauce and Bertolli Alfredo Sauce.

Such a brilliant combo!

Luscious Rosa Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 30 oz Ricotta cheese (two small containers or one large)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 jar Bertolli Tomato & Basil Sauce
  • 1 jar Bertolli Alfredo Sauce
  • 12 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, ¼ cup Parmesan cheese and eggs in large bowl; set aside. Then, combine the Bertolli Sauces in medium bowl.
  2. Spread 1 cup of the sauce mixture in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Layer 4 lasagna noodles, then 1 cup sauce mixture and ½ of the ricotta mixture. Repeat this one more time. Then, layer with remaining 4 noodles, then remaining sauce mixture and remaining ¼ cup Parmesan cheese.
  3. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 50 minutes. Remove foil and bake until bubbling, about 10 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

  1. Looked so good but had far too much Ricotta cheese, in fact, we scraped much of the cheese off and threw it in the garbage disposal. I do like the combination of the two sauces and would probably make it again but would replace much if the Ricotta with vegetables making it not so rich and much healthier.
