meatless meals

Fall is the perfect time for a warm hot homemade meal.  I'm thinking soups, stews and slow cookers all boasting delicious veggies like sweet potatoes and butternut squash. Mmm. I'm getting hungry already! To get a head start on meal planning this month, I’ve collected some delicious sounding meatless meal recipes that will be perfect for fall.  I hope you enjoy these savory recipes that are all made without meat.

If you've ever wanted to try out more meatless products, MorningStar is a great place to start. Usually available right in your grocer's freezer section, they are already loaded with delicious flavors. Two of my absolutely favorites are the Mediterranean Chickpea Burger and the Buffalo Chik'n Patty.  They also have other options to add flavor like Spicy Black Bean Burgers and Roasted Garlic & Quinoa Burgers. Sounds yum, right? Adding their products to your weekly menu is a great way to add variety and try something new as well as a refreshing way to add protein and other nutrition along side your favorite veggies.
