HOW TO MAKE SPICY ONION DIP IN FOOTBALL BREAD BOWL
It's really easy to make a football inspired dip. The first thing to do is find an oval shaped bread loaf. I found the perfect one in the Publix bakery. Then, using a knife, cut the center of the bowl in a football shape just enough to fill about 2 cups of dip.
Then, in a small bowl, add the three dip ingredients (Lipton Recipe Secrets Mix Onion, sour cream and Hellmann's Spicy Mayonnaise). Mix until the ingredients are completely combined. Then, warm it up in the microwave or on the stove-top.
Next, add the dip to the center of the bread bowl.
Cut slices out of your cheese to look like football lacing.
I used two slices down the center and then 5 smaller slices to place across.
Turn the broiler on low and melt the cheese on top.
Serve immediately along with your favorite dippers such as sliced carrots, celery sticks, sliced mini cucumbers, chips and pretzels.
Now that you have something delish and hearty to serve up, it's time for the perfect game day dessert!
