Chicken and potatoes with light seasoning. Slow Cooker Recipe.
Ingredients
- 16-20 Baby Dutch Yellow Potatoes (or other thick small/baby potatoes)
- 1.5 lbs Boneless Chicken Tenderloins or Thin Sliced Chicken Breast
- 2 - 10.75 Oz Cans of Cream of Chicken Soup
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
Instructions
- Place potatoes in the bottom of slow cooker, evenly place the chicken on top and then cover with the cream of chicken soup.
- Sprinkle desired about of salt and pepper on top.
- Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6.5 hours.
- Do a taste test to determine if your dish could use a little more salt & pepper.
- This simplistic recipe relies on the seasonings to kick up the flavor. Enjoy!

How long should I cook this in an instant pot?
Can t left overs be frozen?
I just made this yesterday. The base recipe IS delicious, but a little heavy. I added carrots on top of everything else and those were very good by the end. I would add chicken stock to cut the heaviness like another commenter suggested. Or even add some sourcream (kind of like a Hawaiian haystack.

I made this yesterday and it turned out delicious. I added baby carrots and a little garlic powder and seasoning salt. I will be making this recipe again.

I made this and it was good, but a little thick. It didnt say to add water or broth, but the next time I make it I will dilute.
