I'm excited to share my Supernova Soiree! With fun and tasty nods to the episodes found on the Star Trek: Prodigy: Season 1, Episodes 11-20 Blu-ray™ . Fans both young and older will enjoy these treats for all kinds of galactic galas or holographic hooplas if you ask me.
STAR TREK: PRODIGY WATCH PARTY
Are you ready to host your own Supernova Soiree? It's so easy to put together for a fun Star Trek: Prodigy party both big and small. Let's go over some simple ideas to get the party started.
STAR TREK: PRODIGY PARTY DECORATIONS
Creating a fun but easy party backdrop is my favorite!
VINYL SIGN - I used Starry Vinyl to cut out a sign to read "Supernova Soiree". The reason that I chose this is because episodes 19 and 20 are named "Supernova Part One and Part Two".
METALLIC BALLOONS - Adding a bunch of metallic balloons in a variety of sizes really worked for this. I used ombre pink and purple balloons as well as a variety of silver star balloons.
STAR TREK: PRODIGY PARTY FOOD IDEAS
To come up with ideas on what to serve foods inspired by Star Trek: Prodigy: Season 1, Episodes 11-20, I looked at what foods were talked about and eaten in these specific episodes. Excited to share the treats that I selected.
BLUE APPLES - a food that looked just like blue apples was spotted in the Masquerade, episode 15. So I coated apples in blue candy melts for this fun treat idea.
ICE CREAM - actual ice cream with sprinkles was enjoyed in Ghost in the Machine, episode 17. So I scooped out vanilla ice cream onto a serving platter and added it to the freezer again. Then, before serving added some sprinkles on top.
MURF CUPCAKES - To make Murf inspired cupcakes, I simply baked confetti cupcakes and topped with half aqua and half purple frosting. Then, with some extra cupcakes, I just made some solid colors in aqua and purple. Then, to make things a bit fancier, I added some pretty galaxy cupcake toppers.
FLOOR PIE - Now this is a funny one. The idea of Floor Pie is actually featured in a previous episode but I thought it would still be fun to include. The crew transports a slice of pie and deems it "Floor Pie". The pie shown looks like a fruit pie, but I thought it would be fun to make pie that would match galaxy theme a little better. So I used a package of grape gelatin to make my easy 3 ingredient gelatin pie. Then, I tinted some additional whipped topping with pink and purple food coloring to decorate it.
Star Trek: Prodigy: Season 1, Episodes 11-20 Synopsis:
"In the remaining Star Trek: Prodigy Season One episodes, as the hopeful crew makes their way toward Starfleet, their dreams are threatened when they discover the U.S.S. Protostar harbors a weapon designed to tear the United Federation of Planets apart. To make matters worse, the U.S.S. Dauntless is on a manhunt for the Protostar as the real Vice Admiral Janeway is eager to uncover what happened to her missing former First Officer Chakotay. With these two ships on a collision course and destruction on the horizon, the fate of the Alpha Quadrant hangs in the balance."
