PB&J Mini Pancake Roll Ups Recipe
Breakfast is totally my favorite meal of the day when done right! I have to admit that it can be a challenge to serve up home cooked meals as often as I would like to. That's why it's exciting when I find shortcuts available at the grocery store like Aunt Jemima's Lil' Griddles! Just because I can't cook up a completely homemade breakfast, doesn't mean I can't serve up something that is also made from scratch with the same ingredients I would use like eggs, milk and sugar.

Aunt Jemima's new Lil' Griddles Mini Pancakes is the cutest little bite-sized breakfast food. They come in 3 varieties including the original Mini Pancakes, Blueberry Mini pancakes and Aunt Jemima frozen Cinnamon French Toast Sticks. Great classic tastes all in a little mini size. They are convenient to heat and eat and just as tasty as their other regularly sized pancake products.
The goal of Aunt Jemima frozen breakfast is to deliver every batch just like you’d make it yourself. Breakfast really is the most important meal of the day, and Aunt Jemima frozen breakfast knows for moms, starting her family out with a warm breakfast makes the morning, and the entire day, even more special!
The new mini size adds an immediate element of fun to breakfast. As soon as my son saw these, he was definitely interested in eating these cute portable pancakes which is exactly what I hoped for. These are great when you are crunched for time because you can simply grab them from the freezer and heat in the microwave if you choose. In less than a minute, you could be serving a yummy and temping breakfast just like you would if you made it from scratch.
I couldn't resist trying to make some fun little goodies because these mini pancakes are just the most adorable things eva! So, how about some PB&J Mini Pancake Roll Ups?

PB&J Mini Pancake Roll Ups Recipe with Aunt Jemima’s Lil’ Griddles
Ingredients
- Aunt Jemima Lil' Griddles Mini Pancakes
- Creamy Peanut Butter
- Jelly (Your choice of flavor)
- Peanuts (chopped finely)
Instructions
- Prepare the desired amount of Aunt Jemima Lil' Griddles Mini Pancakes per the directions. Slice the edges of each mini pancake off so that it looks more like a rectangle. Next, you'll need to flatten each pancake by using a rolling pin or just a firm glass. Then, spread a very thin layer of jelly over one side of each mini pancake. Follow with a thin layer of peanut butter. Roll each mini pancake tightly. Lastly, spread a thin layer of peanut butter over the tops of each roll and sprinkle your chopped peanuts onto the peanut butter. Voila!

Day'um woman! Those look like poppers. Ya know, you pop one, then another, then another in your mouth! I don't typically like PBJ, but paired with the pancake and peanuts around the outside? Holy hotcake batman!

That looks delicious. What a smart idea! I love quick pancake batter mixes and cinnamon roll tubes for that one reason. Easy breakfasts!
Been making something like these for years now. I had a large plate of pancakes left over one morning and was not about to toss them out. so i spread them with Jelly , rolled them up and then sprinkled them with powdered sugar the kids loved their "new" desert that mom made.
OOH! Love that recipe. I think my son would love this. he's such a picky eater but he loves pancakes and PB&J. I may have to skip the peanut crunch though. Thanks for this post!
