Cheesy Fiesta Chicken Recipe

Have you ever thought it was the wrong day?  Today I thought it was yesterday, wishful thinking I guess. Sometimes weeks go by in such a blur between getting my son off to school, taking care of our three fur babies, working and then the task of getting that dinner on the table that we always love and enjoy.  The way to sanity for me is to use shortcuts. Go-to ways to get dinner on the table even when the day has gotten away from me and the universe seems to be working against me. (You know, pretty much every week day) This is a sponsored post by Lunchbox, all opinions are my own.

CheesyFiestaChickenThese easy to make rice sides are awesome to stock up on and have on hand because it means you don't have to stand over the oven for an hour or so just to serve up something delicious and homemade! If you've never tried Knorr Sides, I think you'll be mighty impressed. They have many options to choose from between flavored rices and pastas.

I can even prove it you, I made their Cheesy Fiesta Chicken Recipe earlier this week and had dinner on the table in about 20 minutes! Now, that's something we can all celebrate! What? You want the recipe? Why, of course I'll share with you... Dinner for 4 in 20 minutes including prep and cook time? I am all over it!
