Cheesy Ranch Slow Cooker Chicken Recipe
Are you ready for your week ahead? Boy have I really been enjoying my weekends lately. No deadlines and no emails. It's a beautiful thing. But, the party is almost over folks, once again. It will be back to the grind tomorrow. For me, that means making sure I have a good dinner plan ready (or at least hoping to). Enter this Cheesy Ranch Slow Cooker Chicken recipe. It's something I've wanted to try for ages now and finally made it happen. It's packed with flavor and it's super simple to make (which can't be a surprise, can it?)!
You may have noticed a mega ton of slow cooker chicken recipes here lately. Here is a little unknown fact, my husband likes to eat chicken pretty much 99% of the time. Add a side of rice and he's in pure heaven. He could really eat that every single day if he could. But, on occasion I'm able to slip in some other options that are hubby-approved. I'll be working on those! Wish me luck!
Cheesy Ranch Slow Cooker Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs Boneless Chicken Tenderloins or Thin Sliced Chicken Breast
- 1 - 10.75 Oz Cans of Cheddar Soup
- 1 Dry Ranch Dressing Packet
- 1 Cup of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
- Place chicken in the bottom of slow cooker, sprinkle evenly with the dry ranch dressing packet and then cover with the cheddar soup. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours. Once your chicken is fully cooked, sprinkle the shredded cheese over and wait a few minutes until melted. Serve!
