Recently, I shared basic tips on using store-bought sugar cookie dough for Mickey Mouse Cookies.
You will find how to reduce spreading and how to use your cookie cutters with the dough, so be sure to start there.
We start by kneading the roll of cookie dough with a measured amount of all purpose flour.
Then, roll it out until it's about ¼" thick.
This should make about 8-10 cookies depending on the size of your cookie cutter.
After cutting the shapes out and placing them on a non-stick baking sheet, you need to add them to the freezer before baking.
