Ingredients

  • 1 can (20 oz.) Crushed Pineapple in Juice, undrained
  • 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) Lemon Flavor Instant Pudding
  • 1 cup thawed Whipped Topping

Instructions

In a medium sized bowl, mix all three ingredients until full combined making sure that the pudding mix is completely dissolved.

Refrigerate for one hour or more before serving.

I made the pineapple dessert - Excellent! In fact it was so good, I made it twice in 1 1/2 weeks! Then I tried the mandarin orange, the taste just seem a little off to me , also not as thick as the pineapple, so I added a small orange cream lo-fat yogurt to it! Wow! That did it! Love it!

Do you make the pudding per box instructions or just add and the pineapple juice makes the pudding
