Beach Party Candy Charcuterie Board

Beach Party Candy Charcuterie Board

What I wouldn't do to be at the beach right now. I actually make this fun Beach Party Candy Board almost two months ago and because there was no way for many to go to a beach, I waited before sharing it. But, now that spring is warming up and some are able to take advantage, it's time to share this fun ocean inspired treat! This post may contain affiliate links.

I love all of the fun candy discoveries that I found while creating this board from sea creature gummies to candies that look like beach balls. What I love the most about this candy tray is that there is SO much going on. You could stare at it for an hour and probably feel entertained with all the little goodies. You will spot a couple repeats from my shark candy board and maybe a couple of others. I love to be able to use similar items to create my boards to keep costs down.

We all know that food bars and snack trays are all the rage. They really exploded in 2018 and it's a trend that is still going STRONG.

Why not try something new for your next party with a unique party-themed candy board like this one?

CANDY CHARCUTERIE BOARD CANDIES TO USE

After you choose all of the main beach inspired candies, you will want to pick some color themed fillers to make your board more attractive. Also generic candies are generally less expensive than the stronger themed candies so they can provide a nice balance.

HOW TO ASSEMBLE A CANDY BOARD

Creating a gorgeous candy board is simple and I've narrowed it down to just four simple but effective steps.

  1. Choose your platter or board you want to use and select the beach-inspired candies you would like to use. (Between 2-4 colors.)
  2. Lay the smaller filler candies down and use them as a base. Use small dishes to further separate varieties of candies. To add some edible beach sand, use crushed graham cracker crumbs in a small dish and place it on the board.
  3. Set your main beach candies and treats down perfectly while alternating the types and colors so that everything will stand out more.
  4. Lastly, go back in with smaller filler candies/sprinkles to fill in all of the empty spaces to make your board look full and beautiful!
