PISTACHIO DESSERT WITH 3 INGREDIENTS
Pistachio pudding desserts tend to be extra popular during the holiday season, so I thought it would be a great time to finally share this since I've had it sitting in draft mode since this summer.
Add a cherry on top and you just can't get more festive than that. And with this simple list of ingredients, it's also a great easy recipe to make to keep the stress out of the kitchen.
Here is all you need to make this:
- Pistachio Pudding Mix
- Crushed Pineapple
- Whipped Topping like Cool Whip
Just adding these ingredients together and chilling for about an hour is all it takes. I like to serve this in mini parfait cups. It's extra sweet so it does not take much to satisfy that sweet tooth. This would also make a tremendous filling in a layer cake like this Lush Cake.
Some people call recipes similar to this a pistachio pudding salad, but that always sounds so weird to me. I'll just stick to calling this an easy pistachio dessert with crushed pineapple. Sound good?
