If you've been hanging out with me for a while now, you know that I am slightly obsessed with baking things in muffin tins. We're not talking muffins, just awesome foods that can be cooked in them. They are the perfect size for both cute and easy serving. Instead of just keeping this to myself, I wanted to put together a delicious selection of amazing recipes for myself ahem.. you.

  8. How cool! This is the perfect answer to meals for me. With these recipes, I can make a great dinner and then send off the leftovers with my husband to work. The same goes for my daughter when she's school aged.
