Hearty appetizers are a big hit in my family between holidays and game days. This amazing one-skillet pepperoni pizza dip is absolutely perfect for almost any occasion. It's incredibly easy recipe to make and really gorgeous to serve as an added bonus. This dip recipe was part of sponsored social media posts I shared a few months ago and wanted to share here, too.
When it comes to the best football game day ideas, this skillet dip could not be more simple to make with very basic ingredients and basic pantry seasonings that most people have on hand. The original recipe that I followed calls for red pepper flakes, which I tend to avoid. I find that swapping any kind of smokey or spicy seasoning can work in it's place. My normal go-to for most swaps is smokey paprika. You could say that I'm a bit obsessed.
EASY PIZZA DIP IN A SKILLET
This gorgeous dip also looks phenomenal amidst an appetizer spread or hearty snack tray. Add that to the list of bonuses! But wait, that is not it. You don't need to worry about what you will use to dip into this appetizer because the dippers are already in the recipe. Yay frozen pizza rolls! All of the ingredient layers and seasonings go directly into the skillet, so clean up is a breeze. This pizza dip makes the perfect addition to any party or celebration.
You really need this to try this dip, so let's cut right to it. Shall we?

Pepperoni pizza dip recipe is an easy dish. However, I have replaced cheese with grass-fed ghee because I am casein-intolerant and ghee is casein-free. Grass-fed ghee is my first choice.
I prefer using Milkio grass-fed ghee for all my recipes.
What kind of skillet is needed to cook this? Also. What kind of pan is the skillet on that has the charcuterie board look??
20-26 minutes for the pizza rolls also? Seems like they would burn after that long
@Hannah Mills,
Hi Hannah,
Great question! No, they shouldn’t burn baking that long! I’ve made this dip a few times… and it’s based on an actual recipe from Totino’s with the same cook time.
Hope that helps!
Do you pre-cook the pepperoni rolls?
@Jodi Stack, hi! No you don’t need to precook them. 😋
What temperature and how long to bake
Hi Debra! (Put skillet in oven and bake for 20-26 minutes on 425 or until the cheese is golden.) Let me know if you have any more questions 😉
@Dawn Lopez,
I had to look twice at the recipe with all the questions people were asking.
Cant wait to make this, thanks for sharing!
@Pjk, maybe the recipe card wasn’t showing up for them? Not sure what’s going on. I really hope that you enjoy this recipe. Please do let me know what you think! 😅
